What I do

Fractional technology leadership

Senior technical direction, strategy, and architecture, without the cost of a full-time executive hire. I work alongside marketing, operations, and finance leadership so technology serves the business as a whole, manage the teams delivering on it, and help teams adopt AI without losing control of it, from usage policy to the agents that do the work.

Managed IT, cloud and security

Day-to-day systems support and Microsoft 365 and Azure environments kept current, backed by Microsoft's AI security stack: Defender XDR, Security Copilot, and risk-based access control. Sized to your actual risk.

Dynamics 365 and business applications

CRM and business-process configuration, integrations, and data migration. I use AI to map your processes faster, surface the edge cases a manual requirements review misses, and configure Copilot and custom agents on top of your data once the foundation is right. Systems built around how your team actually works, not the other way round.

Custom platform and app development

Web and mobile builds for what off-the-shelf software can't cover, from Firebase and Supabase to Vercel and Flutter. AI speeds up prototyping so we can compare real options before committing, then strengthens the build: faster iteration, automated testing, and review that catches what manual QA misses.

Who's behind this
